A project in which we produced the full set of mechanical & electrical equipment design drawings for an accommodation facility. We covered air-conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing alongside lighting, mains wiring, and fire-protection systems, and verified the coordination of each system with BIM (Rebro). For confidentiality, the client and project name are withheld.
A project in which we produced the full set of mechanical equipment and electrical equipment design drawings for an accommodation facility. We comprehensively prepared the equipment schedules, system diagrams, and floor plans for air-conditioning, ventilation, smoke exhaust, and plumbing, together with electrical equipment drawings for lighting, mains wiring, emergency lighting, low-voltage systems, and the like.
Using BIM (Rebro), in a building where guest rooms and common areas are densely arranged, we verified the coordination in 3D so that the mechanical and electrical systems would not clash with one another. Including calculation sheets such as load calculations, ventilation calculations, and water supply and hot-water calculations, we delivered a result that lets the design rationale be traced.
