A project producing a full set of mechanical equipment design drawings for a mid-sized office building. From equipment schedules for sanitary, HVAC, ventilation, smoke exhaust, and fire protection through system diagrams, floor plans, and detail drawings, we delivered clash-free 3D design with BIM (Rebro). For confidentiality, the client and project name are withheld.
A project producing a full set of mechanical equipment design drawings for a mid-sized office building. We consistently completed everything from equipment schedules, system diagrams, floor plans, detail drawings, to special specifications for each of the sanitary, HVAC, ventilation, smoke exhaust, and fire protection systems.
By using BIM (Rebro), we verified the coordination of piping, ducts, and equipment in 3D and compiled them into clash-free design drawings. Including supplementary materials such as ventilation calculation sheets and manhole lists, we focused on deliverables that hand off smoothly to construction.
